Should your designated driver team (your chauffeur and his/her support driver) be kept waiting for more than 10 minutes, a waiting fee of R120/hour is normally imposed.

TRANSFERS
We use our Mercedes 230E or one of our VW vans; Quoted rates are for up to 6 pax except for airport transfers which caters for up to 4 pax plus luggage.

• AIRPORT transfers TO Cape Town, Waterfront or up to 20 km: R250
includes paging board, parking and 30 minutes waiting from ETA.
• AIRPORT transfers FROM Cape Town, Waterfront or up to 20km away: R200 only.
The service is normally as far as the “drop & go” area at the departures terminal.
• Return DINNER transfers: from R400 - based on our regular transfer rates less R50.
• Airport transfers by luxury coach (with a/c) to/from City:
Rates include meet-and-greet service at airport or accommodation establishment, but excludes luggage handling: Add on baggage handling and for guide to accompany the group on board. Transfers beyond 20km: POA.

A CHAUFFEUR merely follows instructions.
A TOUR-GUIDE is expected to assist with the planning of your itinerary, give advice and conduct a guided experience.

Tipping follows service industry standards: 10 to 15%, depending on your level of satisfaction.
